Private Kettlebell Technique Workshops for Women!

This Kettlebell technique workshop is appropriate for any fitness enthusiasts who have had limited exposure to kettlebells or who have never used them before and wish to learn the basic kettlebell lifts.   At the end of the workshop, participants will have a firm understanding of how to use kettlebells safely and effectively.  Participants must all fallout a Kettlebell Health questionnaire.

Fundamental skills to use your kettlebells safely and effectively.

Proper form and technique, safety procedures and proper breathing patterns.

Variety of skills that will keep your workouts challenging and exciting.

How to use your body more effectively when lifting weights.

Demonstrate a sample of routines and various training protocols.
